CSW Associates Roanoke, L.C. (CSW) is a local, family-owned company that owns and manages Chateau Riviera Apartments and Brandon Point Apartments (formerly Stratford Park Apartments).  In addition, CSW manages Brandon Point Offices.  We look forward to being able to serve you!
